TPA (Third Party Administrator) is a specialized company that can link the risk carrier and the beneficiary to the medical provider while administrating the required level of control and providing the best possible level of service. Once the service is given the TPA is also responsible to manage the cashflow cycle for the risk carrier and the provider until all parties have settled outstanding amounts and all parties have the accompanying reports required.

Policy Building
We provide policy building with a detailed and tailored table of benefits
(TOB) that is able to reflect ceilings per category, sub-ceilings and
co-payments per service level. Moreover, we offer assistance for
self-funded companies in designing their coverage plans and limitations
according to their needs and best market practices. Medical coverage
cards will be issued for members to grant them access to medical services
provided by esnad’s medical network.
Claims Management
Our well-qualified medical staff process your claims into our state-of-the-art medical solution software and the software does its magic in reviewing those claims. What makes the software incomparable is that it is designed to check each claim against eligibility criteria, table of benefits and against over 64 million rules embedded in the system and determine which services are accepted and shall be billed, and which are not. In doing that, we manage our clients’ medical funds responsibly and reducing human error.
Wide Medical Network
Our medical network consists of a wide range of healthcare providers that include hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and screening centers all around the country to ensure a smooth and easy access to all needed medical services for our clients. This allows both direct access to the provider without concern of payment and if the need arises, reimbursement is also an option. Our highly-qualified staff is working every day to ensure that our clients have easy access to healthcare providers and receive high-quality medical services.
